I started this business when I became a caregiver for my wife. I sold my State wide Voice Mail service, my Alarm Company and my Telephone Company. Boredom led me to looking for a Pillbox that I could put in my pocket. I found that Companies in China we’re making inexpensive pocket watches, so I bought a couple of them to experiment with. After some time and several failures I created a usable pillbox with a foam liner so it wouldn’t rattle while walking and now I’m selling Nationwide.
I found a need for a way to carry pills that would fit in my pocket and be more sturdy than a plastic container which doesn’t fit in a pocket or hang from a necklace.
I believe that the key to success is finding a need and filling it. Start small try your idea out on Friends and family.
The difference between a hobby and a business is only your desire to do something you enjoy doing.
Don’t let anyone discourage you. I started my first business with a business license a checking account and an idea.
